**Shipping and Delivery Policy**

National Day Products Implementation Duration
National Day product orders are processed and executed within 48 hours to 7 working days only, and in some exceptional cases the period may extend to a maximum of 10 working days, in order to ensure the highest quality in production and delivery.
Implementation period for the remaining products
- Since orders are made to order, processing time varies depending on the product type, ranging from **48 hours to 30 business days**, not including shipping time.
note:
T-shirt orders take longer to process, up to 6 business weeks, not including shipping or holidays.

### **Preparation and shipping time**
The shipping period begins after the shipping company receives the order, after the processing period has ended.
### **Official working days**
Orders are processed and shipped during **official business days from Saturday to Thursday**.
- Friday, holidays and official holidays are considered holidays for the store and shipping companies.
### **International Shipping**
We provide international shipping service to the following countries:
- **Gulf countries:** Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman.
- **Other countries:** Jordan, Egypt, Türkiye.
**Shipping time:**
- **Within Saudi Arabia:** From **1 to 5 working days**, depending on the customer’s location.
- **International:** 3 to 14 business days, depending on the country and region.
### **Return shipment and non-receipt**
- If the customer is unable to receive the shipment due to his lack of response to the shipping company or his absence at the delivery time, the store **is not responsible for returning the shipment or any additional costs** that may result from that.
We recommend that the customer ensures that the contact information is correct and that the shipment status is regularly monitored to ensure successful receipt.
### **Shipping and communication delays**
- If the shipping company delays delivery, the customer can contact us, and we will follow up with the shipping company to determine the reason for the delay and help resolve the issue.
- The store is not responsible for any delay beyond our control resulting from shipping company conditions or other external factors.
Note: In some rare cases, the order processing time may extend to **one or two months**, depending on the nature of the product and the order.
